Recipe to Make Chips for Your Diet

There are so many different ways to make chips, and each person has their own special recipe. For me, the perfect chips recipe is all about the seasoning. I like to use a combination of paprika, garlic powder, and salt to give the chips a nice flavor. You can also add in some pepper if you want a little bit of heat.

The first step is to preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then, take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Next, cut your potatoes into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick. You can use any type of potato you like, but I prefer russet potatoes.

Once your potatoes are sliced, it’s time to start seasoning them. I like to put the paprika, garlic powder, and salt into a small bowl and mix them together before sprinkling them over the potatoes. You can also add pepper at this point if you want.

After the potatoes are evenly coated with seasoning, bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on them towards the end of cooking, as you don’t want them to burn. Once they’re nice and crispy, remove from the oven and enjoy!

The ingredients are:

  • Sweet potatoes: 3 Amchur
  • One teaspoon flour
  • Flour as much as 1 teaspoon tamarind
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Red chili powder as much as 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

How to make:

Clean the sweet potatoes and peeled

Cut neatly in the vertical direction

Take water in a bowl and fill potato pieces into it. Soak in water for half an hour.

Drain the water and add the potatoes into a large bowl

Then add salt in the potatoes, amchur powder, red chili powder, tamarind flour, salt and olive oil.

Stir to mix and blend

Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven with the spread on the tray.

Make sure the pieces of potato are not huddled together. It is intended that each piece of potato can cook perfectly.

Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes

Turn off the oven and remove the sweet potato chips. Enjoy while warm with your favorite sauce. Good luck!
