Take a bowl and mix half a teaspoon of ground bay leaf and turmeric each, with a tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel. Consume this twice a day pre-lunch and dinner.

Simply add three tablespoons of cinnamon to a liter of boiling water and let it simmer on low flame for about 20mins. Strain the mixture and have this liquid daily to keep your blood sugar levels on check.
4# Gooseberry (Amla)
Popularly used as an ingredient in various Ayurvedic remedies, gooseberries prove effective in treating diabetes as well. The polyphenol-rich fruit helps to safeguard the body against the oxidative properties of high blood sugar. Take 2-3 gooseberries and carefully remove the seeds from them. Grind them until it becomes a smooth paste. Put the paste in a clean cloth and squeeze out the juice from it. Mix two tablespoons of this juice in a cup of water and consume it daily on an empty stomach to reap its benefits.

Take a few okras and using a fork, prick them in several places after cutting off the ends. Soak them in water overnight. The following morning, on an empty stomach, drink the water after removing the okras. Consume this water continuously for weeks, and you will notice the difference.
