7 Types of Thanksgiving for Keto Lovers

1. Cauliflower stuffing

When it’s Thanksgiving, and you’re following the keto diet, you might be feeling a little left out when everyone else is tucking into a big plate of stuffing. But don’t worry, there’s a keto-friendly stuffing recipe that you can enjoy too! This cauliflower stuffing is packed with flavor, and it’s low in carbs so you can stay on track with your diet.

To make this stuffing, you’ll need to start with some cauliflower rice. You can either make your own by grating a head of cauliflower, or you can buy it ready-made from the store. Once you have your cauliflower rice, simply sauté it in some olive oil until it’s soft.

While the cauliflower is cooking, chop up some onion, celery, and garlic. Add these to the pan with the cauliflower and cook for a few more minutes. Then, stir in some chopped fresh sage and thyme.

Next, add in some chicken broth and cook until the liquid has been absorbed. Once the mixture is nice and moist, stir in some beaten eggs and some grated Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

This keto-friendly stuffing is the perfect side dish for your Thanksgiving feast! It’s packed with flavor, and it’s sure to satisfy even the non-keto eaters at your table. So go ahead and enjoy a big helping of stuffing this holiday season, without guilt or worry!

3. Bacon Parmesan green beans

Most people use bacon as an ingredient in making delicious, keto diet-friendly foods. Adding bacon is said to add value to your meal. Of course, this is not suitable for us Muslims. You can present this food in the menu on Thanksgiving night.

4. Cheesy garlic Brussels sprouts bake

Brussels sprouts are another food worthy of consumption. But if you are not good at processing it, it will certainly taste bad. Using the recipe from Apple of My Eye, this will be the dish everyone wants.

This dish is healthy and flavorful all at once! Cheesy garlic Brussels sprouts bake is a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies. The Brussels sprouts are roasted to perfection and then smothered in a cheesy garlic sauce. This dish is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters!

5. Mashed cauliflower

Mashed cauliflower is another great recipe for keto dieters and it’s a really good one. Instead of using mashed potatoes, which are strictly prohibited in the keto diet, we recommend using mashed cabbage. The taste is both soft and tender, but cauliflower is low in carbohydrates and is perfect for those of you who are on a keto diet.

Cauliflower is a delicious and healthy alternative to mashed potatoes. Cauliflower is high in fiber and low in calories, making it a great way to get your vegetables in while still satisfying your hunger. And, since it’s mashed, it’s easy to eat!

I grew up eating mashed potatoes. They were a staple in our house and my mom would make them at least once a week. They were always so good, and I loved how creamy and flavorful they were. But as I got older, I started to realize that mashed potatoes aren’t exactly the healthiest food out there. They’re high in calories and carbs, and can easily be overeaten.

That’s when I discovered mashed cauliflower. Mashed cauliflower is a great alternative to mashed potatoes. It has all of the creaminess and flavor of mashed potatoes, but without the guilt. Cauliflower is packed with fiber and nutrients, and is much lower in calories than potatoes. One cup of mashed cauliflower has only about 25 calories, compared to over 200 in a cup of mashed potatoes.

I’ve been eating mashed cauliflower for years now, and I absolutely love it. It’s the perfect way to get my mashed potato fix without all of the guilt. And, it’s so easy to make! All you need is a head of cauliflower, some butter, milk, and salt and pepper to taste.

Simply steam or boil the cauliflower until it’s soft, then mash it with a potato masher or an immersion blender. Add in the butter, milk, and salt and pepper to taste, and mix until desired consistency is reached. That’s it! You’ve just made a delicious and healthy alternative to mashed potatoes.

6. Cauliflower risotto with mushrooms

Risotto is another good recipe for keto dieters. It’s also a low-carb food. But with “All Day I Dream About Food”, cauliflower and mushrooms can really be your delicious treat for Thanksgiving time.

Cauliflower is a delicious and nutritious vegetable that can be used in a variety of recipes. One of my favorites is cauliflower risotto with mushrooms. This dish is hearty and filling, yet light and healthy. It’s the perfect meal for any time of day.

To make this dish, you’ll need:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Then Add the cauliflower and mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add the vegetable broth and white wine and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is very tender.

Remove from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

7. Cheesy garlic roasted asparagus

Collaboration asparagus, grilled garlic and cheese can be a delicious and tasty treat. Asparagus when grilled, it’s delicious but it’s packed with melted mozzarella on top. These vegetables are very delicious and delicious when processed with the right recipe and this is extraordinary.
