- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- Scant ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ head radicchio, sliced into strips
- Honey Mustard Dressing, for drizzling
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup tarragon
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- Flaky sea salt
How to Make Green Bean
- Bring the salted water to a boil in a large saucepan, bringing the ice cubes close to it. Enter the green beans into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes. Then, remove the green beans and immediately put them in ice water until they are completely cold. Drain and then place on paper towels to dry.
- Then, take the beans and transfer them to a bowl and mix with the onion, radicchio, and a few spoons of dressing.
- Arrange on a serving plate, add a little goat cheese, almonds, walnuts and tarragon. Sprinkle the sauce again on top and add salt for flavor and serve.
