2. Dragon Fruit Smoothie with a mix Strawberry

  • Peel the Dragon fruit for 1/2 cup
  • 5 of big Strawberry
  • Peel one small banana
  • As much as 2 cups of baby spinach
  • As much as 6 ounces of water, filtered

In the dragon fruit smoothie with strawberry mixture contains calories: 192, Protein: 6g, Iron: 3.8mg, Vitamin A: 41%, Fat: 2 g (grams), Carbs: 41g, Vitamin C: 117%, Calcium: 7%.

3. Dragon Fruit and Fig (Green Smoothie)

  • Peel the Dragon fruit for 1/2 cup
  • 2 medium figs
  • Blackberries as much as 1/4 cup
  • As much as 1/4 cup of raspberries
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 4 ounces of pomegranate juice

The dragon fruit smoothies contain calories: 247, Vitamin C: 58%, Fat: 3g (grams), Carbs: 54g, Protein: 6g, Calcium: 11%, Iron: 4.1mg, Vitamin A: 42%.
